Dalton graduated from Gadsden State Community College in 2013 with a certification in Massage Therapy and Foundational Business.

He began his career in the Fitness & Wellness world as a Massage Therapist, focusing primarily on athletes and post-surgery clients to minimize scar tissue restriction and restore movement and range of motion. Dalton holds certifications in TPI Golf Fitness, Fitness Training, Fitness Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, and has earned Elite Trainer distinction through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

He interned at Rigorous CrossFit and Powerlifting in Birmingham, AL, owned, and operated a concierge fitness and massage business, and co-owned a partnership business overseeing three massage locations in Birmingham, Trussville, and Huntsville.
